Cost, Fees, and Payments FAQs

Salcido Law Firm – Your Utah Law Firm for Life

At Salcido Law Firm we try to make life as comfortable as possible for you.  Chances are you have contacted us because of something that you would rather not deal with such as a personal injury, divorce, bankruptcy, or criminal defense.  For that reason we provide you with several payment options so that you can pick the easiest one that suits your needs.   Call us at 888.337.3235 or 801.413.1753 or email us and we can talk to you more about payment options.

How much do you charge?

Our legal fees vary depending on your particular case. For instance, for complex business and civil litigation matters we charge a higher hourly fee than for general litigation and transactional work. For accidents and injuries we charge a contingency fee which means you pay us nothing unless you win.

Do you offer fixed or flat fees?

Yes. We believe that the traditional hourly method of billing clients is outdated. We offer fixed fees for many types of cases including divorces, expungements, DUIs, business formations, and more.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept all the major credit cards including Visa, Master, Discover, and Amex.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes. Our PayPal account is info@salcidolaw.com

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For many clients we offer payment plans. Ask about our payment plans if you are interested in setting up a plan for your billing.

How do I pay my bill?

If you have an outstanding bill with our office you can either mail in a check or money order payable to Salcido Law Firm PLLC, you can pay with cash in person, or you can submit a credit card payment online through our PayPal account:  info@salcidolaw.com.

You can also pay your bill online by logging into our secure client login system with the username and password you have set up. If you have not been given access to the secure client system online, call or email us and we will get your account set-up online.

We can also take a credit/debit card payment over the phone.
